In compliance with Decree-Law No. 109-E/2021, of 9 December, which establishes the General Scheme for the Prevention of Corruption, OPART informs that it has implemented a whistleblowing channel as a means of preventing and combating corruption, ensuring the anonymity of the whistleblower.

OPART provides its Whistleblowing Channel to its employees and service providers with the aim of fostering a culture of ethics, transparency, security, good conduct, and social responsibility within our institution, through the prevention and resolution of irregular, unlawful, and unethical behavior. The Whistleblowing Channel is intended for reporting irregularities, non-compliance, or any act contrary to legal and regulatory provisions at the national level, European Union law, as well as the institution's internal rules.

Reports can be made anonymously. Whistleblowers may also choose to identify themselves. We ensure strict confidentiality regarding the whistleblower's identity, the identities of those involved, and the reported facts, guaranteeing the whistleblower’s protection against any form of retaliation (sanctions, dismissal, discrimination, or other).
